Where do the tours start?
All our tours start from central locations in the destination cities.
What time should I arrive for the tour?
We ask our guests to arrive no less than 10 minutes in advance of their tour to make sure that no one will miss out. Tours start promptly at the time stated.
What if it rains?
We run our tours rain or shine.
In which languages are the tours available?
All our tours are in English. Other languages are available upon request.
Do I have to book in advance?
Yes, all tours must be booked in advance. Seats are limited on our tours as we try to keep group sizes small in order to offer the best tour experience.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations requested at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled departure are refunded in full. Cancellations requested between 3 and 6 days in advance of the scheduled departure are refunded 50 percent. Cancellations requested within 2 days of the scheduled departure are not refunded. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to email@example.com.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major international credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB and more. We also accept PayPal.
Grand Tour and Bike Tour
Is bike rental included?
Yes, bike rental is included in Grand Tours and Bike Tours.
What level of biking skills are required?
All participants must be experienced cyclists capable of biking safely in a foreign urban environment. We take safety seriously. If you are not able to bike safely on our bikes, you will not be allowed to join our bike tours and no refund will be given.
Are Grand Tours and Bike Tours suitable for children?
Our Grand Tours and Bike Tours are not suitable for children.
Do you provide helmets?
Helmets are not required for our tours and not something we provide.
What level of walking ability is required for Walking Tours?
Participants must be able to walk more than 5 km (3 mi) at a reasonable pace.
Are Walking Tours suitable for children?
Children are very welcome on our Walking Tours if they can walk more than 5 km (3 mi) at a reasonable pace.
What if I have dietary restrictions or food allergies?
Please state any dietary restrictions or food allergies when you make your booking and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
How much food is served on the tours?
We will serve you enough tastings for a hearty meal that will not leave you hungry.
What beverages are served on the tours?
Each guest will receive a bottle of water. You will have the opportunity to purchase beverages at the tasting locations throughout the tours.
